I'm confident that the Internet is almost all simply things like Zillow or Redfin, which of course are just feeds from the MLS. The second item is the agent sending listings from the MLS. Those two combined could be 80% from just listing on the MLS. I wish they would break the Internet down between Zillow/Redfin type searches, and social media advertisements. Social media advertising is to get more clients, even if no one admits that in the listing presentation about all the marketing that they do.
